Change of environment Something as simple as a change if environment can positively impact your productivity, focus, and stress.

Try something new When life gets redundant, predictable, or boring, trying something new could reduce that flatness in your life immensely. How I personally do this, is I have a list of hobbies/actvities I want to explore in the near future, or later in life; similar to a bucket list
